• Do I have to sign a long term contract?

  There are no contracts to sign when you use CustomerTrackr. We offer a pay per month service and never lock you into a long term contract. If you cancel, you will be billed for the current month and never billed again.

• What types of payment do you accept?

  We accept all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Paypal payments are accepted. You can even purchase over the phone, call us at 1-801-TRACKER (1-801-872-2537).

• Can I change plan my at any time?

  You most certainly can, our customer service team can help you upgrade.

• Can I pay per user?

  We do not offer pay-per-user plans. You will be billed for the amount of the pricing plan selected, even if you do not use all your user accounts.
